7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services but make no warranties regarding the results of our services. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adventurous Ripple Nomads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adventurous Ripple Nomads, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China.
